Made with sushi rice mixed with tobiko (flying fish roe), shredded kani stick and furikake (Japanese dried fish seasoning), and topped with sakura denbu (sweet savoury pink flaked fish condiment), it is decorated with a generous layer of Japanese uni (sea urchin) and ikura (salmon roe), and surrounded by salmon “roses” and ama-ebi (sweet prawn).
