Using Yamada-Nishiki rice polished down to 45%, this sake delivers fruit aromatics and delicate sweetness
Invigorating and fresh Junmai sake from Hiroshima, with 65% rice polishing ratio. It was made to ferment slowly during the cold season under low temperatures. It is slightly dry with good mouthfeel.
Best paired with Sashimi and Sushi.
