Made with sushi rice mixed with tobiko (flying fish roe), shredded kani stick and furikake (Japanese dried fish seasoning), and topped with sakura denbu (sweet savoury pink flaked fish condiment), it is decorated with ikura (salmon roe), Japanese uni (sea urchin), scallop carpaccio, and surrounded by salmon “roses” and ama-ebi (sweet prawn). (Please note that strawberries in picture will be replaced by cherry tomatoes.)
